The "pumpkin" I carved last year gets, by far, the most hits of any post on my xanga blog, especially at this time of year. So I figured it was time to dig out the pumpkin carving kit and see what I could do this time around. While its not as unique or as scary as last year's squash, there is a twist. Tiare, at A Mountain of Crushed Ice is hosting a cocktail garnish contest, and what makes a better cocktail garnish than a 40 pound carved pumpkin? But first, we need a cocktail...
